New Course: Counselling Skills

Shetland UHI are now offering the CPD Award in Counselling Skills (SCQF Level 7) which is aimed at a wide range of people who may benefit from improving and enhancing communication and listening skills.

The course will begin in September 2021 and applications are being accepted now. 

If you are interested in applying, bear in mind that when you select apply now, you then need to select ‘part time’ and then choose Shetland College from the list. There are a limited number of places for this course and interviews will be held in late August.  The cost of the course is £512.

As well as offering an academic award which can be used to apply for further study, students are provided with a safe environment for personal development.

The award is validated by COSCA (Counselling & Psychotherapy in Scotland).
